Lab Specimen Collection #1 Clinic staff gave Mr. Gwalla lab paperwork and handed him a specimen cup for a urine sample. On the top of the specimen cup, there is a hole with a needle for the urine to be tested by the lab technicians. Mr. Gwalla kept pressing his penis into the hole with the needle to try to make his urine go into the cup. This caused his penis to bleed.
